Birth is a beautiful time for support and connection, and the loving care you receive from your support team is a transformative way to begin this new phase of life. As a doula and mother of three I have discovered and rediscovered my identity through birthing and through supporting others through birth and being there for you as you go on your own journey is a privilege I am grateful to be a part of.

My goal as your doula is to support you and your family through this transformative event in your life so that you feel cared for, safe, and prepared throughout. I welcome trans and gender non-conforming clients and families, and as someone with ADHD and many autistic family members I enjoy supporting neurodiverse clients as well. I have participated in many different types of births, and I have personal experience and experience working as a doula for several infants who struggle to nurse and gain weight. I have my Traditional Healthcare Worker certification and work for the Community Doula Program as well.

I love dancing, creating community and being a mama and I find joy, peace, and belonging in the places where all three connect to birth work. I would love to talk and hear more about what birth means to you and what you want from your experience!
