Birth & Postpartum Doula, LMT#28233, Clinical Herbalist 541-979-2515 [email protected] www.BodhiMamaBotanicals.com |
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are significant life transitions that deserve thoughtful, individualized care. I approach this work with the belief that families thrive when support is respectful, collaborative, and rooted in trust. As a birth and postpartum doula, I offer calm, steady presence throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and all stages of the postpartum period. My role is to provide evidence-informed education, physical and emotional care, and a nonjudgmental presence so families can move through this time feeling informed, supported, and confident in their choices. I bring over 15 years of experience in holistic wellness and mental health, along with 2.5 years supporting families through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. My work centers on honoring the wisdom of the body, supporting nervous system regulation during times of transition, and building relationships grounded in safety, trust, and respect. In addition to doula care, my background includes licensed massage therapy, clinical herbal support, nervous system regulation, nutritional guidance, and classical culinary training, allowing me to offer holistic, integrative care that supports the whole family. My work is informed by ongoing education, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care, and a deep respect for informed choice and bodily autonomy. I serve families in Linn, Benton, Polk, and Marion Counties and would be honored to support you through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. |
